When we fear The Lord, we hold Him in reverential awe and have great respect for Him. The Lord has special blessings for the Godly people who fear Him.
"Blessed is every one who feareth The Lord; who walketh in His ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands; happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee ... thy wife ... thy children ..." Psalms 128:1-6
Here the Bible promises special blessings for the Godly man himself and for his family. Blessings of provisions and prosperity, in addition to healthy, happy, long lives. We can live to see our children and our grandchildren grow up and do well.
We are blessed in our homes and on our jobs as well. This is truly the way to prosperity.
This Psalm reveals blessings of prosperity for God's people, those who "walk the walk" as Christians. This Psalm is the Bible basis for asking The Good Lord to bless some one with "good health, a long life, and happiness." That is my prayer for you.
