"The Lord upholds all those who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down." Psalms 145:14 (NIV)
David said that God will pick us up after we fall into sin, and He will lift up our bowed down heads when the events of life get to us.
God is faithful, He fulfills all of His promises, and His grace and mercy extends to humans, even though none of us deserve it. He said that He would never leave us or forsake us. (Hebrews 13:5) He is always with us. Even though we sin, He will forgive us. When we fall down, He will pick us up. When our heads are bowed down, He will lift them up. We just need to believe and trust in Him. We need to sincerely ask for forgiveness, and ask for His help.
