Everyone Will Be Judged
"Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole [duty] of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil." Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (NIV)"
In this the final verses of King Solomon's book, his advice to the youth and others in his kingdom was for them to focus on their relationship with God. It was their responsibility to live by His commandments. In the end they would be judged, and they would have to give an account for every that they thought, said, and did.
This is the advice of the wisest man that ever lived. (1 Kings 3:10-14) It would be good advice for us today also. When the end of life comes, we will all be judged. We each should believe, follow, and live The Word of God. On judgement day, unbelievers will stand before the Great White Throne to be judged for their non-belief in Jesus Christ. (Revelation 20:11-15) Believers will be judged, but at the Judgement Seat of Christ, for what we did that was pleasing to Him, for which we will be rewarded. (1 Corinthians 3:9-15 and 2 Corinthians 5:9-10)
