"Now The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of The Holy Ghost." Romans 15:13
Joy and peace come from trust in God, and trust is a gift from God. So basically, both joy and peace come from God. The world can't give them to you, and the world can't take them away from you.
